Snack (2 blocks):
2 hard boiled eggs

3 oz. ham
Spinach
2 c. strawberries
1 tsp. olive oil & balsamic vinegar dressing
Snack (2 blocks):
1.5 oz. beef jerky
6 almonds
1 apple
Dinner (3 blocks):
Pork Chops w/ apples & green beens
3 oz. pork chops
1/2 apple sliced over pork chop
3 cups green beans
olive oil
